应该是你程序中存在一些警告问题，虽然现在不影响使用。

新建一个空白的程序，升级一下试试，如果新建一个空白的程序升级没问题的话。检查一下现有的程序，编译一次看下是否有警告信息。我之前遇到过，程序的项目库中有警告信息造成的升级失败
